About this file

This is a draft pricing template spreadsheet for a transportation services contract that includes detailed CLIN structures and cost buildup worksheets. The template covers labor rates, vehicle costs, and other direct costs across a base period of 8 months plus 120-day transition, four one-year option periods, and a 6-month option to extend services period.

The CLINs are structured to capture costs for different types of transportation services: CLIN X001 covers guaranteed minimum miles (100,000/month) for primary routes; CLINs X001A/B cover over-GM mileage up to 1,030,000 additional miles annually (1,000,000 for ERO and 30,000 for HSI); CLIN X002 covers long distance routes; CLIN X003 covers stationary/delay hours (up to 43,200 annually); CLINs X004A/B cover remote post guard hours (up to 15,100 annually - 10,000 for ERO and 5,100 for HSI); CLIN X005 covers per diem; and CLIN X006 covers sack lunches (up to 48,000 annually). The template requires detailed cost breakdowns for labor, vehicles, fuel, maintenance, facilities, and other direct costs, with separate worksheets for GM and over-GM services.
