About this file

This is a Combined Certifications for Contracting form issued by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, Finance Procurement Department. The form establishes mandatory certification requirements that vendors and contractors must complete to conduct business with the City of Little Rock. The certifications apply on a tiered basis depending on contract value: all vendors with contracts valued at $1,000 or greater must certify they are not engaged in a boycott of Israel; vendors with contracts valued at $25,000 or greater must certify they do not knowingly employ or contract with illegal immigrants; and vendors with contracts valued at $75,000 or greater must certify they are not engaged in and will not engage in a boycott of the Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, or Ammunition Industries. The form requires the contractor to sign and date the certification, affirming compliance with the applicable restrictions based on their contract value threshold.

The certifications are grounded in Arkansas state law, specifically Arkansas Code Annotated sections 25-1-503, 19-11-105, and 25-1-1102. Contractors must provide their vendor name, CLR Supplier/Vendor Number, signature, and date on the form. This certification document is required for the Tree Removal Services contract opportunity at 29th & Zion in Little Rock, Arkansas. Non-compliance with these certification requirements may result in contract ineligibility or termination.
