The open-end contract is designed to provide armored car services for the Records, Taxes & Treasury (RTT) Division and potentially other Broward County agencies. The solicitation requires vendors to submit electronically through BPRO, with a specific focus on compliance with the specified requirements, including holding a Class G Statewide Firearm License. Vendors must submit their responses electronically and receive a Submission Receipt, with encouragement to submit in advance of the closing date.
The contract opportunity includes procurement preferences for Small Business Enterprises (SBE) and County Business Enterprises (CBE), indicating a commitment to supporting local and small business participation. Vendors are required to submit questions and clarification inquiries through BPRO by a specified deadline, with the County responding through the platform's Messages section. The affidavit specifically requires vendors to affirm they do not use coercion for labor or services, as defined in Section 787.06 of Florida Statutes, and must be submitted with the initial vendor submittal or within three business days of the County's request.
