About this file

This document is an Addendum (No. 4) from the Broward County Purchasing Division for Solicitation No. GEN2130285B1 regarding Armored Car Pick-up and Delivery Services. The solicitation closing date has been extended to August 1, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., with key modifications to the vendor qualifications section. The addendum specifically updates requirements for potential vendors to demonstrate their capability to provide daily pick-ups and deliveries for Broward County's using agencies.

The primary modification focuses on vendor qualifications, requiring evidence of personnel and an armored fleet with sufficient capacity to meet the county's service needs. Vendors must now explicitly prove they can determine and deploy an appropriate number of armed employees to safely and successfully complete daily pick-ups from Broward County locations and deliver to designated delivery locations. All other terms, conditions, and specifications for the solicitation remain unchanged, indicating this is a targeted update to clarify vendor responsibilities and operational expectations.
