About this file

This document is a Distributor License Agreement between Clark Planetarium, a division of Salt Lake County, and an unspecified distributor for the distribution of fulldome video programs. The agreement establishes terms for a five-year period from the execution date through December 31, 2030, with an option to renew for an additional five years. The distributor will be a non-exclusive distributor responsible for executing Performance License Agreements with licensees, marketing the programs, and selling licenses for educational and entertainment shows across all global territories.

The agreement specifies a revenue-sharing model where the distributor receives 30% of the gross selling price, with Clark Planetarium receiving the remaining 70%. The price list includes both educational and entertainment shows, with pricing determined by annual attendance or seating capacity, ranging from $1,500 to $32,000 for a one-year license and $1,900 to $32,000 for a 50-year license. The distributor is responsible for marketing costs, and for entertainment shows, the licensee must secure appropriate music licenses. Theaters requiring domemaster frames must purchase a 50-year license, and shows can be upgraded from a one-year to a 50-year license by paying the price difference.
