Boulder County Housing Department is seeking proposals from a creative and community-driven Program Approved Service Agency (PASA) organization(s) (“Operator”) to provide supportive amenities for the 32-unit neuro-inclusive building being developed in Phase 2.

II. Project Overview

Phase 2A of Willoughby Corner features 32 units of neuro-inclusive housing. The two-story building is comprised of 16 one-bedroom units, 16 two-bedroom units, programming and administrative office spaces, ample community spaces and a contained outdoor courtyard. Partners may also have access to these spaces within the neuro-inclusive building as well as access to the Willoughby Corner community building across the street and outdoor amenities.

While individualized supports are consumer-driven, we are looking for an Operator(s) to provide community-based resources that help tenants build skills, relationships and stability needed to thrive in an independent setting.
