About this file
This is a Non-Collusion Bidding Certification form required by the Cherokee County School District Procurement Services Department in Georgia for submission with proposals in response to an RFP for Adaptive Learning Pathways. The certification mandates that each bidder certify under penalty of perjury that bid prices have been developed independently without collusion, consultation, communication, or agreement with other bidders or competitors for the purpose of restricting competition. Bidders must also certify that quoted prices have not been disclosed to other bidders or competitors prior to bid opening and that no attempts have been made to induce any other entity to submit or refrain from submitting bids to restrict competition.
The form requires signature by a corporate officer on behalf of the proposing entity, with spaces for the officer's printed name, title, and the legal name of the proposer. The certification explicitly warns that collusive bidding practices constitute a crime and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by law. This standard procurement document serves as a mandatory compliance certification to ensure fair and competitive bidding practices for the school district's solicitation.
