For an open-ended paid activity selected or recommended by the Contractor, the total admission or participation price shall not exceed $100 per traveler, including applicable taxes, booking fees, and service charges.

These costs and the risk of price changes are included in the firm-fixed contract price.

Except as provided by a written contract modification or an applicable contract clause, the contract price will not be adjusted or reconciled based on differences between the

Contractor’s estimated and actual ticket or admission costs. The Contractor is not required to provide a refund or credit solely because an admission costs less than anticipated or a properly purchased nonrefundable ticket is not used.

Full luggage capacity is not required on days other than October 5 and October 7 unless the approved final itinerary expressly requires the transportation of luggage.

The Contractor may use different compliant vehicles, drivers, and transportation subcontractors in different cities or regions.

The Contractor is not required to use one vehicle, driver, or transportation provider for the entire tour. The Contractor shall coordinate all transportation providers and ensure continuity of service throughout the approved itinerary.

c. Communication among the Contractor, transportation providers, and Government points of contact.

d. Correcting transportation failures or deficiencies attributable to the Contractor or its subcontractors.

The Contractor may release or reposition a vehicle between scheduled movements when doing so does not interfere with timely performance. Continuous vehicle standby is not required.

The final itinerary shall provide reasonable rest periods and shall comply with applicable driver-hours, rest, and safety requirements.

A Government-directed change after approval of the final itinerary that materially extends a service window, adds a transportation movement, or requires additional driver staffing may be made only through a written contract modification executed by the

The Contracting Officer may request additional documentation reasonably necessary to verify compliance.

The Contracting Officer will not issue the Notice to Proceed until the required insurance evidence is determined acceptable. The Contractor’s failure to provide timely and acceptable evidence of insurance shall not entitle the Contractor to an increase in price or an extension of the fixed tour dates.

The Contractor shall promptly notify the Contracting Officer of any cancellation, lapse, material reduction, or other change affecting required insurance coverage. The Contractor shall not transport participants unless all required coverage is in effect.
