1. Question: Are products made in Europe allowed to be used to complete this project?

Answer: Yes.

2. Question: Can products made in Slovenia be used for this project?

Answer: Yes.

3. Question: Do we need to provide price (SF-18 and Section 1) in the same file as the 'Information demonstrating the offeror’s/quoter’s ability to perform'? Or should they be included in separate files?

Answer: Please submit the pricing information, SF-18 and Sections 1 through 5, in a file separate from the technical information demonstrating your ability to perform.

4. Question: In Section 3, subsection A.2, item 2, the RFQ requires us to include a copy of the Serbian Business Registry. However, item 6 in the same section references DOSAR 652.242-73, which requires a plan to obtain all necessary licenses and permits under local law.

Do we need to include the Serbian Business Registry in our proposal, or can we submit a plan for obtaining the registration without disrupting our proposed schedule?

Answer: Yes, the Serbian Business Registry certificate must be included as part of your proposal.

Answer: The local electrical network operates at 400V (phase to phase) / 230V (phase to neutral), 50Hz. All submitted equipment must be compatible with these specifications.
