About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for Solicitation No. 19MY3026Q0011, dated April 24, 2026, addressing inquiries related to a music production project. The solicitation requires the development of music with defined direction at the proposal stage, including proposed genre, artist profiles, and lyrical concept, which may be refined post-award. Proposers have flexibility in artist selection and may propose emerging or mid-tier talent that fits within budget parameters rather than top-tier artists. No specific music genres or artistic styles are preferred; recommendations should be based on project suitability. Proposals must include detailed artist profile information.

The project has a final delivery deadline of June 30, 2026, for the completed video ready for online posting. Insurance requirements are not applicable to this contract. A 30-year experience requirement applies to either the contractor or subcontractor musicians and singers included in the project; contractors with 30 years of producing experience who engage experienced Malaysian musicians and singers meet this requirement. No information regarding budget amount, specific federal agencies, or contract vehicles is included in this Q&A document.
