Let’s build together an experience that connects cultures, people, and stories.
Participating in the Global Village means being part of something that goes beyond a mere event. It means becoming part of a vibrant cultural experience, created to celebrate diversity, the coming together of nations, and the spirit of hospitality that defines Mexico as the host country of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The Global Village will bring together, in the heart of Chapultepec Forest, the 48 participating countries in a space designed to share identity, traditions, cuisine, art, and creativity with local and international visitors. Each pavilion will be a unique expression within a shared vision: a village where culture is the common language.
To facilitate your participation and ensure an orderly, efficient experience aligned with the project’s guidelines, we have developed this Exhibitor Manual, which compiles the essential information for the proper planning, setup, operation, and dismantling of your pavilion. In this document, you will find technical guidelines, design criteria, operational standards, and communication tools that will allow you to maximize the impact of your presence within the Village.
We recommend that you share this manual with all members of your team and vendors involved in the project, and review it carefully. Our production and exhibitor support team will be available to assist you at every stage of the process and answer any questions you may have before, during, and after the event.
To ensure a smooth, safe, and consistent experience for all participating countries, each embassy and exhibitor team participating in Global Village 2026 must adhere to the following general provisions:
• Be familiar with, respect, and comply with the guidelines set forth in the Exhibitor Manual, as well as the instructions issued by the Organizing Committee.
• Ensure that all persons involved in the design, setup, operation, and dismantling of your pavilion have this information and apply it correctly.
• Coordinate any technical, logistical, or operational requirements in a timely manner with the Global Village team
• All exhibitors, as well as their staff and suppliers, must comply with the Global Village’s design, sustainability, safety, and operational guidelines, as well as with the Chapultepec Forest Regulations (Appendix 1).

6' 1)9):3*.:)1;*3/5,9< These regulations establish the general guidelines to ensure the proper functioning, operation, and development of Global Village 2026, as well as the appropriate use of the facilities within Chapultepec Forest, in accordance with the safety, sustainability, and coexistence criteria that govern this public space.
Since the Global Village is an event open to the public, the exhibitor badge is intended to identify authorized personnel within each pavilion and facilitate the smooth running of the event; therefore, it must be worn visibly at all times while inside the Global Village.
The Global Village is organized into pavilions, where each exhibitor will have an assigned space to present their cultural, culinary, and exhibition offerings. The layout, operation, and guidelines for these spaces will be defined and coordinated by the Organizing Committee.
Failure to comply with any of the provisions contained in these regulations may result in the application of corrective measures, operational restrictions, or sanctions by the Organizing Committee.
Each exhibitor will be responsible for any damage, incident, or disruption resulting from their setup, operation, or activities within their pavilion.
The physical space of Aldea Global 2026 provides for:
• Use by exhibitors during setup, exhibition, and teardown
• Security and surveillance services in general areas
• General cleaning
• General lighting
• Basic Internet
• Electrical outlets (2 double outlets per institution - 120V)
• One 65-inch LED screen per pavilion. The screen must be used exclusively for content related to the country being represented. The
Organizing Committee may request the removal or modification of any content that does not comply with this guideline.

Compliance with these guidelines is mandatory in all cases, as it ensures the smooth operation of the event, the safety of participants, and the visual and technical coherence of the Global Village.
Failure to submit, incomplete submission, or non-compliance with any of the requirements described below may result in the design not being approved and, consequently, in denial of access to the setup area within the Village.
The committee will review the requirements, and if they comply with the rules, it will issue “pre-approval of the pavilion design and authorization for access to the assembly area.”
This authorization applies exclusively to the pavilion design and does not imply approval of the content, activities, programs, or products to be exhibited, which must be reviewed and regulated by the Organizing Committee.

• The Organizing Committee is not responsible if an exhibitor does not have pre-approval due to failure to submit or meet the requirements on time.
• After the deadline, NO documents will be reviewed and NO pre-approvals will be issued. Without the pre-approval sent by mail, you will NOT be allowed to enter the pavilion to set up and must submit documents in person at the Organizing Committee’s offices on the days designated for entry to the setup area.
