Questions and Answers (Q&A)
RPSO has received the following questions (Q) and is hereby providing the following answers (A).
1. Q: I would like to know if this RFP is written in a way that would consider equivalent capability that meets all the requirements, or does it have to be the exact same sensors listed?
Our company provides an equivalent capability to US DOD via two programs of record and to DHS/CBP that would meet the same mission requirements.
We are also actively delivering and supporting equipment in Ukraine and have employees in country.
If the RFP allows for equal capability with (ie not Flir Cerebrus, Defenguard), we will submit a response.
A: This is a brand name or equal requirement. Offerors shall note FAR clause 52.211-6 applies to this RFP. We will consider all offers that meet technical requirements.
2. Q: Can we submit multiple proposals for your request? For example, send you two offers from different manufacturers?
A: Yes, Vendors may submit multiple proposals. Vendors shall ensure each proposal complies with all the requirements for proposal submission set forth in section III and submit each of them separately.

5. Q: Instead of allowing 60 days for delivery and up to 30 days for training as the solicitation currently states, would it be acceptable to allow 90 days total for delivery and commissioning and training? So you would still have operational
"hand-over" within 90 days
A: Yes
