About this file

This document contains an amendment to a solicitation and the related federal contract opportunity. The amendment updates pricing terms to include danger pay as defined as uplifts. It also modifies technical proposal instructions and factors for evaluation.

The U.S. Department of State seeks to award up to three IDIQ contracts, with one set aside for small business, for providing cleared American guard and construction surveillance technicians services as site security personnel at various overseas facilities. The work involves implementing security to control unauthorized access and deter surveillance device implantation at construction sites. Offerors must have active SAM registration to be considered. The applicable NAICS code is 561612 with a $22 million small business size standard. The estimated period of performance is June 1, 2021 through May 31, 2026 with a $250 million ceiling for each contract.
