About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) record for the U.S. Embassy Baku Solicitation for Taxi & Transportation Services (Solicitation Number 19AJ2026Q0009), dated 08 June 2026. The Q&A addresses four key inquiries from potential offerors regarding submission requirements and pricing structure.
Regarding submission procedures, offerors may complete all required tender document portions by hand, scan them, and attach them to an email submission to BakuBidBox@state.gov along with all other required documents. For pricing, offerors should use 220 km as the estimated distance when completing the "Above 120 km" distance category; however, bids previously submitted using different distances for this category will not be deemed incomplete. To demonstrate that SAM.gov registration has been initiated, offerors may submit a screenshot showing the relevant incident number and confirmation that required documents were submitted. The pricing structure is separated into one base year and four option years, enabling offerors to account for potential inflation and provide differentiated pricing for each contract period accordingly.
