About this file
This amendment modifies a solicitation for the operation of the New York Job Corps Center to provide academic and career technical training services. The amendment extends the proposal due date to February 21, 2023 at 2:30 PM Eastern Time. It removes the requirement to submit a staff compensation plan with proposals and revises the cost detail template. Offerors must use a 3% escalation rate for staff salaries and fringe benefits and may propose a percentage for fixed fee. The services required include academic and career technical training for 250 students at the South Bronx campus and 145 students at the Brooklyn campus to provide initial job placement for graduates. The Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration is the contracting agency.
