The Government notes that the offeror’s proposed technical and staffing approaches will be incorporated into the contract and shall become requirements.
Does the incorporation include the Business Management Proposal?
Yes, the Business Management Proposal will be incorporated into the contract.
C.1.B
Change Notice No. 20‐05, “Policy and Requirements Handbook (PRH) Changes to Health and Wellness Staffing (Exhibits 5‐3 and 5‐6),” was issued on April 16, 2021. The notice states the effective date of the PRH change of the notice as of June 15, 2021.
Does the Government expect contractors to include the change notice in the procurement?
Yes, offerors should include the change notice in the response to the solicitation.
C.1.C.2
The contractor is requested to provide basic healthcare, counseling, and other support services as required by the ePRH. Are all these same services expected given the current COVID‐19 pandemic and remote learning environment?
