Meanwhile Page 4 of 104, Paragraph A.1.b Historic Preservation states "N/A".

Building 54 is not one of the Candidate buildings to be registered on the National Register of Historic Places.

With respect to the Design, please confirm the Design for the entire 1st floor shall be included and completed in Phase 1 and costs included in CLIN0001.

Currently the solicitation provides no photos, surveys, or assessment reports, on the current conditions of building systems or other elements potentially impacted by water leakage, mold remediation, demolition, or system maintenance outages making the site visit very important. In light of this fact, would the gov't consider extending the period for asking RFIs to 7 days instead of 2 (currently Oct 4th), and extending further for the govt to reply with additional information, and then 14 days from receiving answers so offerors can finalize their design, schedule and cost proposal, ~ 4 weeks extension in total?
