About this file
This is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) document for the Enterprise Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Program, RFQ number 15F06726Q0000271. The government provided responses to ten quoter questions regarding the scope of work, inventory requirements, and pricing expectations.
The program covers maintenance and repair services for 46 total UPS units across multiple FBI service locations. Each site requires a minimum of one Major Preventive Maintenance (PM) visit and one Minor PM visit annually, with travel required to each location at minimum two times per year for PMs. The X001 Firm-Fixed-Price CLIN covers the labor and costs associated with these scheduled PM visits. Component replacements including batteries, capacitors, and fans are billed separately on a case-by-case basis based on manufacturer or technician recommendations. Historical data shows minimal corrective maintenance demand, with only two unplanned corrective maintenance visits recorded in FY25. Serial numbers for UPS units and detailed inventory information will be provided upon contract award. Offerors are no longer required to submit a completed sample Service Order Form (Attachment 3); instead, Service Order Forms must be completed and submitted to the government representative for approval prior to service execution.
