About this file
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for enterprise-wide Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) maintenance, repair, replacement, modernization, and lifecycle management services issued by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Facilities Acquisition Unit. The solicitation number is 15F06726Q0000271, with quotations due on August 28, 2026 at 11:00 ET. The procurement is set aside 100 percent for small business and is structured as a single-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period (one 12-month base period plus four optional 12-month periods).
The contract includes four categories of services across multiple contract line item numbers (CLINs): planned preventive maintenance and planned corrective maintenance services (firm-fixed-price); unplanned corrective maintenance and emergency repair services (firm-fixed-price) with 24/7 availability; UPS replacement, installation, and modernization services (firm-fixed-price); and authorized other direct costs (ODC) reimbursement (cost-reimbursement). The minimum government guarantee is $100,000, and the maximum contract value is $7,714,703.45. Contractor response times vary by service type, ranging from 24 hours for emergency repairs to 15 business days for replacement and modernization services. Quotations must address corporate experience, nationwide service capability, technical approach, personnel qualifications, emergency response capability, program management, and subcontracting approach in a 15-page technical volume. Past performance must be submitted in five pages maximum covering similar contracts within the past five years. Pricing is evaluated for completeness, fairness, reasonableness, and balance using a government-provided template. Award will be made to the highest technically rated quotation with a fair and reasonable price, with technical capability weighted more heavily than past performance, and both technical factors combined weighted significantly more than price.
