Q 2: As potenal bidders/quoters, we seek clarificaon regarding the necessity of possessing a Top-Secret facility clearance at the me of submission. If the former is not obligatory, would a Secret facility clearance suffice to render us eligible to submit a quote for this contractual requirement?

GOVERNMENT RESPONSE: Given that the new contract will be classified as "Top Secret", Offerors will be required to have a Top-Secret facility clearance to be eligible for award.
