14860 Circuit Card Assembly Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)
Q&As
1. Question: Do all vendors require the capability of Class 3 boards, or will qualified vendors with Class 2 capability be considered for Class 2 boards solicited under this BPA?
Answer: The Government will consider proposals from qualified vendors possessing Class 2 manufacturing capabilities. However, because the Government anticipates occasional requirements for IPC Class 3 boards over the life of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), only those vendors holding proven Class 3 capabilities will be eligible to bid on task orders specifically soliciting Class 3 PCBs. Vendors will be evaluated and qualified based on their demonstrated capability tier, and subsequent task orders will be routed in accordance with those verified capabilities.
