About this file
This request for quotation (RFQ) solicits conference room rental services to support disaster response efforts in Tennessee. FEMA requires approximately 3,000 square feet of conference room space within 3 miles of McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville for an initial period of 12 weeks beginning March 25, 2024 through June 16, 2024. The RFQ allows for three 12-week option periods to extend the contract through June 2025. Offerors must demonstrate technical compliance with specifications including space size, amenities, accessibility, and security requirements. Pricing will be evaluated based on a firm fixed price for the base period and option year prices negotiated before award. Past performance references for three similar government or commercial contracts within the last three years must also be provided. The closing date for questions is March 1, 2024 and award will be made without discussions to the responsible offeror with the best combination of technical compliance, price, and past performance.
