About this file
The submitted document is a detailed engineering drawing set for the Navajo-Gallup Water Supply Project (NGWSP) Pumping Plant No. 1, specifically focusing on site plan and roof plan technical specifications. The site plan drawing (Sheet 1) provides a comprehensive layout of the pumping plant facility, including precise site coordinates, permanent and construction right-of-way boundaries, pipeline connections, electrical equipment placement, concrete infrastructure, riprap installations, guard post locations, and various technical details such as fence specifications, slide gate placements, and gravel surface treatments. Key technical elements include a 30' slide gate, enclosure walls for electrical and mechanical equipment, concrete aprons, utility pole positioning, and specific riprap installation specifications at various locations.
The roof plan drawing (Sheet 2) details the architectural roofing configuration, featuring insulated metal roof panels, prefinished metal gutters and fascia, roof access ladder, fall arrest system, and snow guards. The plan includes dashed lines indicating removable roof areas over air chambers, with a design-build solution to be submitted by the contractor. The drawing is part of the 1695-D-61860 project series, drawn using AutoCAD 24.2S, and is associated with the Department of the Interior Bureau of Reclamation's Navajo-Gallup Water Supply Project, specifically Pumping Plant 1 for Reach 2 of the project.

SITE PLAN
DENVER, CO
1695-D-61860
2025-02-04
NOTES:
1. Contractor to provide erosion and sediment control for the site until final stabilization is achieved. Erosion control activities shall include but are not limited to:
1.a. Installing a silt fence around perimeter of disturbed areas.
1.b. Seed and mulch disturbed areas outside the proposed chainlink fence and riprap areas for permanent soil stabilization.
1.c. Install erosion control blankets on disturbed soils with 4:1 slopes or greater.
2. Reference Structural drawings for concrete apron information
3. See 40-D-60002 for guard post details.
4. Line and curve table dimensions and bearings are labeled to the flowline of the concrete pans and the gravel yard extents.
5. All control points are shown in New Mexico State Plane Coordinate
System, West Zone (NAD83) horizontal datum. A grid to ground scale factor of 1.000286319627 was used.
6. See (61867) for concrete pan, concrete chase, cutoff wall, and gravel surfacing details.
7. Reference Specifications for fire hydrant information. Install (4) guard posts around the fire hydrant, provide 48" minimum clearance from fire hydrant to guard posts. Install guard posts to avoid conflict with the fire hydrant valve access and fire hydrant lateral.
8. Drawing numbers are 1695-D-XXXXX unless otherwise specified.
