CONSTRUCTION CONSTRAINTS
STANTEC/184031016 AND SEQUENCING
FKC MIDDLE REACH CAPACITY CORRECTION PROJECT PHASE 1 PAGE 01 14 00 - 17
(grouped by Irrigation District ownership) that details materials of construction and connections. All submittals shall be per Section 01 33 00 – Submittals. The detailed list per Irrigation District ownership is as follows:
a. Terra Bella Irrigation District
1) 54” Pipeline – Terra Bella Ave (DWG C-403-2)
b. Saucelito Irrigation District
1) 24” Pipeline – Ave 88 (DWG C-404-2 and C-404-3)
2) 18” Pipeline – Ave 80 (DWG C-405)
3) 14” Pipeline – Ave 80 (DWG C-405)
2. Irrigation District delivery system pipelines to be modified, replaced, and relocated at canal conflicts at the new canal. The CONTRACTOR shall provide a submittal (grouped by Irrigation District ownership) that details materials of construction and connections. All submittals shall be per Section 01 33 00 – Submittals. The detailed list per Irrigation District ownership is as follows:
a. Lower Tule Irrigation District
1) Pipeline Canal Conflict STA 5347+00 to 5360+00 (DWG C-23)
b. Saucelito Irrigation District
1) 21” Pipeline Canal Conflict STA 5665+00 to 5691+00 (DWG C-36, C- 37)
3. Irrigation pipelines (assumed to be abandoned) that cross the existing FKC and are assumed to continue east and may be in conflict with the WORK. The GOVERNMENT was not able to identify ownership and has determined these pipelines to already be abandoned in place or not authorized. Prior to removal of existing pipelines, the CONTRACTOR shall prepare a utility removal plan submittal and coordinate removal with the CONTRACTING OFFICERS REPRESENTATIVE. The following pipelines are shown to be abandoned in the Contract Documents:
a. 10” Pipeline – STA 5639+00 (DWG C-35)
1.11 ACCESS TO THE WORK AND HAUL ROUTES
A. General – All WORK on the rights-of-way necessary for access to the site shall be performed by the CONTRACTOR.
B. The CONTRACTOR shall make his own investigation of the condition of available public or private roads and of clearances, restrictions, bridge-load limits, bond requirements, and other limitations that affect or may affect transportation and ingress and egress at the jobsites.
