About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for the Hungry Horse Dam Drainage Sump Pump Replacements project. The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking to replace existing drainage sump pumps at the Hungry Horse Dam. The amendment provides responses to questions from potential offerors to clarify project requirements. Key details include replacement of sump pumps and associated piping per the specifications, with surface preparation that may require removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials and hazardous coatings. Mechanical design of the sump pump system is expected to effectively confirm the basis of design. Qualification requirements for coating applicators and inspectors are amended. The response date remains unchanged.
