Since we are teaming, do we need to submit our past performance showing our earthwork experience in addition to having our subcontractor submit past performance showing their electrical experience? Or can we simply just include our electrical subcontractor¿s relevant experience?
Answer 6: Submit past performance for the prime contractor. Relevant experience for subcontractors is acceptable.
Question 7: The scope of work mentions that all trenching is to be 18-inches deep, but our understanding is that any locations receiving vehicle traffic should be 30-inches deep. The current alignment for trenching shows portions going through the parking lot at several different angles, so we just wanted to confirm.
