Question 1: I saw that this will be for fleet application but also saw that there are numerous partner tenants (e.g., Marine Mammal Center) that share office spaces at Fort
Cronkhite. Are you planning to charge any tenants or fleet vehicles a fee to use the EV

Question 2: It looks like connectivity coverage is really bad there; I have a solution that works really well in areas of bad reception but wanted to make sure that you wanted "networked" chargers. We would recommend it because it manages access to the charger really well (and allows you to track utilization by user) and also enables tracking of key metrics such as electric miles dispense and GHGs reduced.
Aanswer 2: This requirement is for chargers that are not networked.
Question 3: We saw some chargers on google earth and some existing EV panels in some of the pictures. Do you have any specs on the existing panels or will these need to be removed and replaced?
Answer 3: There are two existing chargers fed from Building 1066. These chargers will be removed by NPS prior to the start of work. There are existing panels for the EV chargers on each building. The panels are empty; per the SOW and
CLIN 3 it is the responsibility of this contract to fully wire the new chargers, install breakers, label panels. Note that EV panels on Buildings
1066 and 1067 are full electrical services that do not have meters (currently glass-faced). It is the responsibility of this contract to coordinate with PG&E for new service (see Spec Section 01 11
00 1.2A 1e and CLIN 3).

1067 active with PG&E.

Question 5: Does PG&E know the additional load?
Answer 5: PG&E representatives are aware of the upcoming project but may not have the future load. NPS can supply load calculation sheets for
