About this file
This is a Statement of Work for propane delivery and tank leasing services at Pinnacles National Park in California. The National Park Service requires a contractor to lease nine propane tanks and provide propane supply and delivery to both leased and NPS-owned tanks across 14 total locations throughout the park's East and West sides.
The contractor must perform a one-time replacement of nine currently leased tanks within four weeks of award, coordinate with the existing contractor for tank removal and replacement, and ensure all tanks meet current standards with proper regulators and gauges. The scope includes leasing nine tanks, delivering approximately 8,000 gallons of propane annually through typically four on-call deliveries, and providing individual delivery receipts within 24 hours. The contract period runs from August 18, 2025 to July 31, 2026, with the first delivery required between August 18-29, 2025. Deliveries must occur between 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, with 48-hour advance notice required. The contractor must comply with San Benito County and Monterey County building regulations for propane tank installation. Key contacts include Bryan Darnell as COR and Phaedra Fuller as Contracting Officer, with payments processed through the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform System.
