About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document (Amendment #0001) for solicitation 140P8126Q0050, addressing contractor licensing requirements for the restoration of log cabin exterior wood components at Parashant National Monument in Arizona.

The Q&A clarifies that construction contractors and subcontractors performing field work are not required to hold an Arizona contractor license. Out-of-state licensed contractors may perform the work provided they hold an equivalent current license type in their respective state. Contractors should reference SOW section 4.5 (Work Standards and Qualifications) for additional guidance on licensing and qualification requirements. This amendment was issued by the Department of the Interior National Park Service Pacific West Region to provide guidance to potential offerors on compliance with contractor licensing provisions.
