This amendment is issued to change the bid submission methods. In Accordance with Federal
Acquisition Regulation Part 14, the Missouri Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO), does not currently have authorization for the acceptance of electronic bids. Therefore, all bids must be submitted in hard copy to Missouri MABO, 7400 Grand Rd, St. Louis, MO 63123.
All references to the acceptance of email bids is removed from this solicitation. All bids must be delivered to Missouri MABO, 7400 Grand Rd, St. Louis, MO 63123.
Be sure to check beta.sam.gov for any future amendments. Future amendments may not show up

Be sure the subject of the email does list the solicitation number. If submitting hardcopy, send to the address in Block 8.
The Bid Opening Date is 10 August 2020 at 2:00 PM
CT. The current plan is for the bid opening to be
"Open to the Public" (while following the then current CDC recommendations) in a theater that will allow us to maintain the 6-foot distance and stay within allowable capacities. If you plan to attend the bid opening, please send an email to neal_hause@nps.gov at least two days prior to the actual bid opening. This is necessary to ensure we have adequate space to accommodate the numbers that will be in attendance.
