About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document from the solicitation for Mammoth Cave National Park (MACA) Dispatch Services, Solicitation Number 140P5326Q0026. The document does not address specific products or services required, pricing terms, or other contractual details, but rather clarifies operational and logistical requirements based on questions submitted by potential offerors.
According to the Q&A, dispatch services must accommodate both remote and onsite work, with face-to-face meetings required at times and occasional in-person document pickup. Mammoth Cave National Park prefers that service be provided nearby due to limited onsite space for dispatch operations. Offerors must provide their own digital dispatching software, as the National Park Service will not supply any software solutions. The amended solicitation closing date is June 8, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST. This procurement is being managed by the Department of the Interior National Park Service Southeast Region.
