F‐1, F‐2 and or F‐4

During the Pre‐Proposal meeting on 8/10, it was stated that the anticipated NTP date is 10/12/22 with a 365 calendar day duration.

The current lead time (per our quotes) is between 20‐

40 weeks for chillers, vrf systems, and air handlers (10‐

20 weeks for pumps and boilers).

Will the Park Service accept a construction schedule that suspends contract time following NTP to allow for submittal approval, ordering, and delivery of long‐lead time equipment to avoid additional overhead and general conditions expenses?

YES. A bilateral modification (supplemental agreement) may be issued to reflect agreements between the parties to modify the terms of contract. Or a suspension of work under a construction contract may be ordered by the contracting officer for a reasonable period of time. See also
