About this file

This document summarizes a request for proposals for a CERCLA time-critical removal action at burn sites in Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado. The National Park Service seeks a contractor to conduct confirmation sampling and removal of ash, debris, soil and structures at up to four locations impacted by the 2020 East Troublesome wildfire. Work includes characterization, transportation and disposal of materials, including asbestos, grading and restoration. The base scope addresses two locations, while options exist for additional sites. The contractor must also perform risk assessments and further sampling and analysis if required. Proposals are due approximately 30 days from posting at SAM.gov pursuant to a small business set-aside under NAICS code 562910. The contract type will be firm-fixed-price and subject to Davis-Bacon wage rates, with estimated value between $1-5 million.

Form 2 Contract Price Schedule Contract Price Schedule, RFP 140P2123R0008 Offeror name:

INSTRUCTIONS

Enter price for all line items; failure to do so may render the offer non-responsive. On lump-sum-priced line items, provide the total price only. If no specific line item exists for a portion of the work, include the costs in a related item. In case of multiplication errors, the corrected amount using stated unit price multiplied by estimated quantity governs over line item total price. In case of summation error, the total corrected amount governs. Complete this sheet, save as PDF, and return with other documents listed in RFP.

All work shall be performed in accordance with Attachment 1, Statement of Work (SOW), and wage determinations. Refer to Section 12 of the SOW for line item definitions. Unit abbreviations: LS = lump sum; TN = ton; CY = cubic yard
The estimated quantities listed below will be used for price evaluation purposes and are not a guarantee of future quantities. If needed to meet site remediation goals, the government may require the contractor to perform excavation, disposal, importation, and/or testing in accordance with the SOW. This work will be authorized by the Contracting Officer in writing and formalized by unilateral contract modification. Refer to Paragraphs G.1, H.7, and H.8 of the RFP.
