Additional work includes rehabilitation and construction of parking areas along Fighting Creek Gap Road near the trail. Firms will be required to submit both technical and price proposals for the negotiated firm-fixed price construction contract valued between $5-10 million. The anticipated period of performance is 540 days from notice to proceed.
