About this file

This is a revised price list attachment for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) solicitation for hazardous waste pick-up services at Grand Canyon National Park (GRCA).

The solicitation (140P1526Q0091) seeks two firm-fixed price BPAs for recurring hazardous materials and universal waste collection, transportation, and disposal services. Required services include compliant handling and transportation of universal waste lamps, batteries (alkaline, nickel-cadmium, nickel metal hydride, and lithium), electronic waste, miscellaneous hazardous waste streams (aerosols, paints, solvents, contaminated rags, propane bottles, antifreeze), and automotive batteries. The price list requires contractors to submit unit costs for each waste stream and category, with labor and materials itemized separately for battery services. Additionally, contractors must provide round-trip pick-up costs for three specific locations: North Rim (1 pick-up annually), South Rim (4 pick-ups annually), and Desert View (2 pick-ups annually). The BPA has a three-year ordering period with an anticipated performance period from June 15, 2026 through June 14, 2029. Estimated annual quantities are provided for evaluation purposes only and are not guaranteed. Contractors may submit location-specific pricing if disposal costs vary by location, or provide uniform rates across all locations. All services must comply with RCRA, DOT, ADEQ, and NPS regulations, including proper packaging, labeling, documentation, manifests, certificates of disposal, and annual reporting. This revised price list was issued via Amendment 0003 in response to government questions and previously submitted proposals.

If providing location-specific rates, attach a supplemental location pricing schedule clearly identifying the location, waste stream, and unit rate. Round-trip pick-up travel costs per location are captured separately in Line Items 6–8. If unit disposal rates do not vary by location, a single uniform rate applied to all locations is acceptable.
