About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for a security system camera replacement project at a National Park Service facility. The RFI provides responses to five key questions from potential contractors regarding the project specifications. Key details include: power source for existing cameras is at the pole with breakers in the Annex Building, underground conduit will be provided only under paved areas, and the contractor must trench and install new conduit from pole to pavement as per drawings. The government will provide neutralizing primer, lime plaster, and paint for interior work, and will accept Point-To-Point network devices for signal transmission, provided the contractor uses hardened PTP and PoE boxes and devices. The RFQ deadline will not be extended, and the contractor is responsible for providing and installing junction and termination boxes as needed.
