Questions & Answers - Amendment 1

National Elk Refuge Electrical Repairs

Solicitation # 140FGA26Q0029 Questions and Answers

1. During the initial site visit, it was brought to the party's attention that some of these repairs may have been completed between the time of the original inspection report and today. As a result, much of the scope outlined in the drawings may be unnecessary. Do you intend to provide an updated scope for this solicitation?

Response: A revised SOW was posted via SAM.gov on 5/18/26 under solicitation #

140FGA26Q0029.

2. The time frame allotted for this contract seems to be relatively tight in comparison to the scope of work that required. Although it is achievable, it may require multiple crews to be working in different areas simultaneously. Is this allowable?

Response: Yes, multiple crews will be allowed.

3. Could you please confirm what type of solicitation this is? (Request for Quotes (RFQ), Request for Proposals (RFP), etc.)

Response: This is an RFQ.

4. Is this being solicited under FAR 13 (SAP), or FAR 15, or other?

Response: This RFQ will be using FAR Part 13 (SAP) simplified acquisition procedures.
