General Guidelines for Lo o Applications The purpose of this document is to provide general guidelines and specifications for using the Building A Better
America logomark.
Variations and Usage
There is one approved mark associated with the Building A Better America logo. To preserve the integrity of the Building A Better America logomark, make sure to apply them correctly. Altering, distorti ng, or recreating the 'marks' in any way weakens the power of the image and what it represents.
Layout and design of signs and communication materials will vary, so care must be taken when applying the logomark.

Signage Instructions
To promote transparency, signage should prominently feature the words “Project funded by the
Bipartisan Infrastructure Law,” and include the Building A Better America logomark and any additional agency branding. Signage requirements may differ by agency and type of project but should at a minimum include the logomark and ‘funded by’ language. In addition, state and local government may customize signs by, for example, including their agency logo on the sign. For context, a potential mock-up of a sign is included below.
