About this file

This is a Standard Form 30 Amendment to a federal solicitation/contract for generator and automatic transfer switch preventative maintenance services issued by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Facility Maintenance Division Boulder.

Amendment 0001, effective June 18, 2026, incorporates minor changes to solicitation 1333ND26QNB190292 to address previously received RFI responses. The amendment adds clarifying text to Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001 specifying "One (1) semi-annual preventative maintenance service on 01-EMG-W5-001" in addition to annual preventative maintenance on Boulder generators. CLINs 0006, 1006, 2006, 3006, and 4006 are revised to include "FT Collins, and Kauai" as service locations for load bank testing. CLIN 0007 is similarly updated to include those same locations for five-year ATS inspections. The Statement of Work Section VI Attachments was revised, replacing "Attachment 1 Annual Job Plan" with the expanded attachment list now including semi-annual, five-year ATS, and load bank testing job plans. The offer due date remains unchanged at July 21, 2026, no later than 3:00 PM (MT). The contract covers a base year plus four option years (08/16/2026 through 08/15/2031) for maintenance services at NIST locations in Boulder, Fort Collins, and Kauai, with work performed under a Job-Based (JB) unit pricing structure for preventative maintenance, load bank testing, and ATS inspection services.
