The work in the base bid items include all work related to the construction of the fire station building including all structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and utilities as specified on the drawings. Site work will include all excavation, over-excavation, retaining walls, sidewalks, as well as utilities as stated in the “Base” items. Work will also include the waterline base items, water tank, fire pumphouse, parking lots, utilities for the fire station, and sewer pits.
