The document outlines three mandatory proposal sections with page limitations. Section I.e requires contractors to confirm understanding and availability of all required materials with readiness for spring project commencement. Section II requires a Key Personnel summary not to exceed 3 pages, identifying the project manager, on-site superintendent, and essential team members with their job titles, years of experience, background, and project-specific expertise. Section III requires a Performance Schedule not to exceed 2 pages, presented as a time-scaled Network Diagram, Critical Path Method (CPM) Schedule, or Gantt chart, clearly showing the critical path, commencement and completion dates within the contract period, detailed work segments with planned start and finish dates in calendar days, and accounting for long lead item advance ordering. The document specifies that all pages must use a minimum 10-point font, pages exceeding stated limits will not be evaluated, and pages will be assessed in order received with any excess pages excluded from evaluation.
