12444324Q0069 Questions and Answers 13AUG2024

Q1. I was wondering if there will be a site visit held for solicitation number 12444324Q0069 for the MOF Greenbrier RD Janitorial Services.

A1. There will not be a scheduled site showing, but if vendors would like to see the site, they can call the office at 304-456-3335 to schedule a visit.

Q2. I am reaching out regarding the janitorial opportunity. I was reviewing the attachments and noticed that the pricing sheet displayed a 12-month quantity. However, the SOW states Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly cleanings. Based on the verbiage, I am assuming this is a contract for weekly cleanings? 4 each month. So we should be pricing the contract 4x per month and adding that as 1 of the monthly cleanings.

A2. The services should be completed per the statement of work. Some tasks are completed weekly, some bi-weekly, some monthly, and some bi-annually.

On the schedule of items we are looking for a monthly cost that encompasses the weekly, biweekly, and monthly tasking. There is a separate line item for the biannual services.

An updated schedule of items is being posted to SAM.gov to reflect this change.

Q3. Can you tell me who the incumbent is and how much the award contract is?

A3. The previous contractor for this service was Pugh’s Painting. The value of the final option year of the contract $7,800.

Q4. I wanted to ask about the payment schedule for this contract, will we be paid before the work starts or after? And on a month-to-month basis? Or annual?

A4. Payment will be made after the work is completed and accepted by the requesting office. Payment will be made on a monthly basis.
