This document is a solicitation for the Rivbulio Fire Recovery Integrated Resource Service Contract (IRSC) issued by the USDA Forest Service for the Mount Hood National Forest. The solicitation seeks services to perform roadside hazard tree abatement, road repair, and reconstruction in response to a disaster declaration. The work includes identifying and cutting fire-damaged trees, removing cut trees, managing roadside slash and fuel, performing road maintenance and reconstruction activities. The project area is located 16-56 miles southeast of Estacada, Oregon. The estimated total project area is 2,314 acres with 48,901 CCF of biomass/cull material. The solicitation is set for full and open competition under Section 604 stewardship authority. The period of performance is anticipated to be complete by December 31, 2027. A site visit for prospective contractors is scheduled for August 6, 2024.
