About this file
This document is a solicitation for the Rivbulio Fire Recovery Integrated Resource Service Contract (IRSC), issued by the USDA Forest Service's Mt. Hood National Forest. The contract will implement roadside hazard tree abatement, road repair, and reconstruction work in response to a disaster declaration (FEMA-4562-DR). The objective is to reduce roadside fuel loading and provide safe access for public road users.
The contract will secure services to perform hazard tree abatement, remove associated slash and forest products, conduct standard road maintenance activities, and reconstruct roads within the 2,314-acre project area. The project is divided into 4 sub-areas: Hillockburn-Memaloose (866 acres, 25,394 CCF), Fish Creek (627 acres, 15,872 CCF), Bull Complex (383 acres, 7,953 CCF), and Olallie Lake (438 acres, 5,682 CCF). Multiple awards may be made. The anticipated period of performance is through December 31, 2027. A site visit for prospective contractors is scheduled for August 6, 2024 at 10:00 am PT.
