About this file

This document contains a federal contract opportunity and related fire plan for a stewardship integrated resource service contract (IRSC) to be awarded by the USDA Forest Service. The Go Big G-Z Stewardship IRSC will be awarded to complete forest restoration treatments across approximately 25,000 acres near Chiloquin, Oregon by December 2031. Work will include identifying treatment areas, road maintenance and reconstruction, timber removal, and service activities to dramatically increase the pace and scale of forest restoration and mitigate wildfire risk. Pricing will be firm-fixed using a step ladder approach determined by treatment complexity. The contractor will be responsible for layout, cruising, treatment implementation, and meeting desired end results to be outlined in an initial implementation plan.
