The base contract includes site improvements, utility services, foundation, and greenhouse equipment such as evaporative cooling, exhaust fans, heating, and environmental controls. The proposal instructions require offerors to submit separate pricing for the base contract and option. The SOW is attached to Solicitation No. 12305B24R0045, which is a follow-on to a previous solicitation (No. 12305B24R0030) for this requirement.
