121821 OR Cost Sheet Virgin final 5.5 KR.xlsx

This is a cost sheet attachment for a printing vendor bid submitted to the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission (NGPC) Guides printing contract issued by the State of Nebraska's Department of Administrative Services, Materiel Division, State Purchasing Bureau. The cost sheet details pricing for NGPC guide production across multiple configurations, including self-cover guides in both 8.5x11 and 11x17 formats, with options for either 60# gloss or 50# offset virgin paper stock. The guides are specified in varying page counts ranging from 4 pages to 96+ pages, with estimated quantity tiers from 10M-34,999 masters (M) to 110M-135M, plus additional masters beyond 135M. All line items reference complete production services including paper, text proofs, setup, plate making, press work, four-color process printing, saddle-stitching, and trim finishing to precise specifications (5.5"x8.5" vertical or 5.375"x8.375" vertical for 8.5x11 guides; 8-3/8"x10-7/8" vertical for 11x17 guides). The cost sheet contains 312 line items across the various specifications, though all unit costs are listed at $0.00, indicating this is a template document awaiting actual pricing input from the bidder. The contract solicitation specifies a bid response due date of June 5, 2025, with an anticipated contract award on July 9, 2025, and a proposed vendor start date of October 1, 2025.

The cost sheet reflects the comprehensive scope of the NGPC printing contract, which encompasses six distinct guide types with annual quantities estimated between 50,000 and 95,000 guides overall. Bidders must be located within 100 miles of Lincoln, Nebraska, and must demonstrate capability for rapid turnaround delivery (2-10 days after final proof approval) and electronic file processing with both hard and soft proof submissions. The solicitation allows bidders to propose either recycled or virgin paper stock, with only one stock type to be ultimately awarded per the contract terms. The absence of specific dollar amounts on this cost sheet indicates that vendors are responsible for providing comprehensive pricing that includes all material, labor, production, and associated costs. The contract will initially span one year with potential renewals for four additional one-year periods. The procurement does not explicitly identify set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises, and evaluation criteria include price, vendor location, production quality, and delivery time efficiency.
