121821 OR Cost Sheet Recyled final 5.5 KR.xls

This is a cost sheet for recycled paper printing services submitted in response to the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission (NGPC) Guides Printing solicitation issued by the State of Nebraska's Department of Administrative Services, State Purchasing Bureau. The cost sheet details pricing for self-cover guide production using recycled paper stock in two primary formats: 8.5x11 inch guides (finished size 5.5x8.5 inches) and 11x17 inch guides (finished size 8.375x10.875 inches). Production specifications include recycled 60# gloss white and 50# offset white paper options with 4/4 color process printing, saddle-stitch binding, and precise trim requirements. The sheet provides tiered pricing across multiple page counts (4, 8-12, 16-20, 24-28, 32-36, 40-44, 48-52, 56-60, 64-68, 72-76, 80-84, 88-92, and 96+ pages) with quantity brackets ranging from 10,000-34,999 units (M) to 110,000-135,000 units, plus additional unit pricing. All unit costs are listed at $0.00, indicating this is a template cost sheet awaiting price completion by the bidder. The guides must be delivered within 2-10 days following final proof approval, with production to include text, proofs, setup, plate making, press work, and finishing services.

The cost sheet encompasses 312 line items covering all combinations of paper type, page count, and quantity brackets for both guide formats. Bidders are required to complete pricing for each line item based on their production capabilities and cost structure. The solicitation specifies that only one paper stock type will ultimately be awarded, requiring vendors to submit costs for both recycled options while understanding only one will be utilized. Vendors must be located within 100 miles of Lincoln, Nebraska, and demonstrate capability for rapid turnaround and electronic file processing. The contract term extends one year from the proposed October 1, 2025 start date with options for four additional one-year renewals. Bid responses were due by June 5, 2025, with contract award anticipated on July 9, 2025. Evaluation will consider price, vendor location, production quality, and delivery efficiency. The solicitation does not specify set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises, and no incumbent vendor information is provided.
