121821 OR Cost Sheet Virgin final 5.5 KR.xlsx

This document is a detailed cost sheet for the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission (NGPC) Guides Printing contract, prepared by the State of Nebraska's State Purchasing Bureau. The procurement seeks a printing vendor to produce multiple guide types, including Big Game, Fishing, Small Game/Waterfowl, Boating, Turkey, and Parks guides, with estimated annual quantities ranging from 10,000 to 135,000 units. The cost sheet provides comprehensive pricing details for various guide configurations, including different paper stocks (50# uncoated white offset and 60# gloss text), page counts (4 to 96+ pages), and print sizes (8.5x11 and 11x17), with quantity-based pricing tiers. The contract is structured for an initial one-year term with potential renewals for four additional one-year periods, with a proposed start date of October 1, 2025, and bid responses due by June 5, 2025.

The pricing structure is notably uniform, with $0.00 unit costs across all configurations, suggesting that pricing will be a critical evaluation factor in the bid process. Vendors must be located within 100 miles of Lincoln, Nebraska, and demonstrate capabilities in rapid turnaround, electronic file processing, and providing hard and soft proofs. The solicitation allows for both recycled and virgin paper stock, with production specifications requiring four-color process printing, specific finishing techniques, and delivery within 2-10 days after final proof approval. While no specific budget range is outlined, the comprehensive nature of the guides and varied quantity requirements indicate a potentially significant contract value. The State reserves the right to award the contract based on multiple evaluation criteria, ensuring flexibility in vendor selection and focusing on comprehensive printing services for the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission's guide production needs.
