Pile Requirements

1. Piles shall be constructed in such a manner as to ignite easily and combust completely, contain fire within the pile perimeter, and do minimal damage to residual trees.

1. Pile height shall be 5 feet minimum and 15 feet maximum. Where applicable piles meeting the maximum size requirements are proffered.

1. Piles shall be constructed a minimum of 20 ft. from private land boundaries

1. Pile diameter shall not exceed 20 feet. Some bucking of logs may be required.
